Sydney has a way of making people feel known. Whether she's meeting a couple for the first time or documenting one of the biggest days of their lives, she pays attention to people in a way that is increasingly rare. She notices the things others miss.

What I admire most about her isn't her creativity, although that alone is remarkable. It's how deeply she cares. Every couple she works with matters to her. She doesn't see weddings as another event on the calendar. She sees real people, real stories, and the weight of what they're trusting us to preserve.

She's the reason so much of our work feels personal. Long after a wedding day is over, she's still checking in, celebrating milestones, and cheering our couples on. Most of the people we photograph don't stay clients for very long. Somewhere along the way they become friends.

Wilson

Wilson brings a calm strength to everything we create, allowing each moment to breathe and unfold with honesty. His work holds so much depth because he is always tuned into people first, creating films that feel emotionally true instead of simply focusing on the imagery.

The best way I can describe Wilson is that he is my sound mind. He is steady in all the ways I am chaotic and creative, bringing calm, organization, and so much support to both our marriage and our work. He never pulls me out of my chaos, he joins me in it and keeps me grounded, which is one of the things that makes working together feel so seamless.

He has this calming and hilarious way about him that makes people feel like they’ve known him their whole life. Every mother loves him, and every older guest somehow ends up talking to him by the end of the night. He is naturally lovable, one of the hardest workers I have ever met, and deeply intentional in the way he serves others in our personal and professional lives. Building this life and business together feels so aligned with who we are and what we believe we’ve been called to do.

Outside of work, Sydney is equal parts heart, humor, and spontaneity. She's the person dancing in the kitchen, stopping to pet every dog she passes, and convincing me to pull the van over because the light looks beautiful somewhere off the side of the road. She brings energy into every room she enters and somehow makes life feel a little fuller for the people around her.

She is passionate where I am steady, adventurous where I am cautious, and together we've built a life and business that reflects both of us. There is no one I'd rather create alongside.
